GETTING THROUGH THIS




These past few week have been the hardest times for everyone all over the world, and I’m not sure when all this crazy will settle, but I can only put out things that will help stay busy and your mind occupied.

THINGS TO DO WHILE SOCIAL DISTANCING


1. Call your friends ( FaceTime, Text, or call Can be great ways to check up on loved ones to make sure they are okay)


2. Take up a New Hobby. ( Drawing, re doing rooms in your home, painting, home workouts)

3. Write/ Journal


4. Start a new show to binge- some of my favorite movies and shows (Good Will Hunting, Full House, Saved by the Bell, 10 Things I Hate About You, and of course Keeping up with the Kardashian’s)


5. Take up a Skill - if you are going off to college or in college and home- learn how to cook, try something that has been a family tradition/ recipe


6. Go on a Walk. Get fresh air.
