Daily/ Fitness Routine

I try and keep my life as stress free as possible, no matter whats happening. Whenever I am stressed, I either workout or listen to music to ease my mind. Music and running helps slow things down and reminds me to chill when I catch myself doing too many things at once, which I do a lot because I am very busy. My day varies by day but school weeks are super crazy. I start my school week by waking up at 6am. 6am might seem insanely early but it works for me, I start by doing a 5 minute workout then do my hair and makeup until about 6:35. Once I do that I go downstairs to the kitchen to make breakfast and grab a coffee on the way and leave my house at 7. My school starts at 8, it takes me about 20 minutes to get to school, so i'll get their at 7:30 and prepare for the day/look over study guides for my tests and quizzes for the day.Once school starts it goes fast, I end school at 2:40 and then go home, do homework and eat dinner, the nights that I'm not going out to eat, I'm simple, and make a chicken Cesar salad, I'm a terrible cook, anything with the oven, I don't do. Im a horrendous cook and keep it as basic and easy as possible. I eat very healthy too, I try not to eat sugar, or fried, starchy, heavy foods. Yes, Im human so I will eat a donut once in a while or a cupcake but besides that, my main food group is vegetables. I try to workout for about 20 minutes every day, maybe more, maybe less, depends on if I have things planned. I don't play sports so I workout at my home gym. Its nice having a gym at your house because you don't have to drive anywhere. Below is my daily workout, I encourage you to try it and see how you do! The first time I did this, I was burning for days then it just became easy and easier and painless! You'll feel great afterwards too.

100 Jumping Jacks

80 Crunches

3 Minute run in place

5 minutes on the elliptical 

25 lunges

20 High Knees

15 pushups
