After todays lunch at La Brasa, I can safely say that I will be going back very soon. La Brasa Rotisserie is downtown Minneapolis, and is a Creole restaurant that serves great chicken and collard greens. Whenever I go to a restaurant, I get a vegetable with either chicken or fish, or my basic salad. Today I got there 4 piece rotisserie chicken with collard greens and it was probably the best collard greens I have ever had! The restaurant interior is so cool, they have a garage style door as a window that they open when its warm, when I went it was around 50 degrees, so not window weather. The style of it is an Urban Rustic style, its pretty small with limited seating, when you walk in the door, you basically see the whole restaurant. I was surprised because when I arrived it was around 11:45, and thats prime lunch time so I thought it would be packed, line out the door, nope, there were only about 6 other people, I don't mind though, because the food was great, and got in within 10 minutes of ordering! Its fairly inexpensive too!  If you are in the downtown Minneapolis area, I highly recommend going!
